Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team in London. As a BDM at CTC Holding Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our network within the Mandarin-speaking business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to surpass business targets.

  • Build enduring relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Represent CTC Holding Limited as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or similar roles.

  • Deep understanding of the commercial real estate sector and the unique needs of SMEs and startups.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.

  • Strong familiarity with both British and Asian cultures is advantageous.
